There are 9 apartment blocks, the tallest rising 12 storeys above the ground, with apartments designed to meet the varying preferences of their residents. Ideal for growing families, the apartments have been designed leaving room enough to blend modern conveniences and living with traditional values and ritual

Towers (3 Bedrooms)

Building 1 - 6 (4 Bedrooms)

The balcony is attached to the dining room and can be entered from the secondary bedroom.

Building 7 (4 Bedrooms)

There is only 1 apartment on every floor of this block. Each 4 bedroom apartment spans approximately 4500 sq ft and includes a family room, and a puja room, marking the inner sanctum of each home. Each bedroom has its own dressing and bathing areas. The master bedroom includes its own private sitting area and a walk-in closet. The secondary bedroom includes its own walk-in closet and opens out into a comfortable family room. The puja room greets the occupant of every bedroom, with a storeroom on the opposite side completing the private area of the house.

Each apartment greets its guests in a comfortable foyer with an attached powder room. The dining and living rooms are positioned on opposite sides of the corridor, with an attached balcony. The kitchen area is connected to a cosy drying-balcony and a comfortably sized utility room with its own toilet and an exit to the stairway.

Building 8 - 9 (4 Bedrooms)

With 2 apartments on every floor, each apartment comprises 4 bedrooms and a family room. The apartments in this block combine the roomy design of Blocks 1-6 with the family-centric inclusions of Block 7.

Each bedroom has its own dressing and bathing areas. The master bedroom includes its own private sitting area and a walk-in closet. The secondary bedroom includes its own walk-in closet and opens out into a comfortable family room. The puja room is located at the heart of the apartment’s private area and the storeroom opposite completes this section.
